It's been awhile since I last posted. You know... Life gets in the way. So, how has everyone been? Hope all is well with everyone!!! 

What have I been up to? Nothing much really. Do you ever get that feeling where you just don't wanna go on the computer? Yeah, I've been feeling that lately. But, I'm doing okay. I watched a movie this weekend = Pandorum. If you're gonna watch it cause you think it's scary... DON'T. It's not... at all. The preview is scarier than the movie itself. But, it was an okay movie. 

Anyone gonna watch New Moon at midnight?! 

I watched a couple movies again this weekend! I love movies. This week is Transformers 2! I'm so excited!! In the mean time, I watched...

The Proposal



If you haven't watched this movie yet, go see it. It was good! Funny and touching at the same time. I cried (as usual LOL) twice. Once because I was laughing so hard. If you don't like Ryan Reynolds yet, you'll definitely fall for him in this movie. I've also thought he was goofy cute but in this movie he is cute cute. And of course, I love Sandra. She rocks as well in this movie. So go out and watch it. It's worth it.

Oh, and here's a little tidbit about the New Moon trailer. I've been hearing that the NM trailer showed during the Proposal but it didn't for me. I went to work today and my friend said she watched the Proposal too this weekend. She saw the NM trailer. We went to different theaters. So, I believe Consolidated theaters are showing it but Regal Films is not. *shrugs*

17 Again



Yes, I watched 17 Again. I heard it was pretty good and since it was at the $1 cinema, I decided I should check it out. It was funny. A good lesson in life kind of movie. Zac is cute but he is like really young boyish kind cute. Leslie Mann was hilarious as usual. Michelle Trachtenberg was in it but I can only see her as Georgina LOL.

I think that's all the movies I watched lately. Oh okay, I lied. I watched Angels and Demons the other week and that is a must see. If you liked the Da Vinci Code, you should definitely watch Angels & Demons. So, that's it for now :) Till Transformers 2...

I went to watch this movie tonight and it was freakin' hilarious! I was cracking so much! If you liked Old School, you'll love this movie. I recommend it if you want a good laugh.

Before the movie, I saw a preview for Final Destination 4. It's going to be in 3D! I want to see that!

So, it's another season of the best dance show ever! I love this show! This first week was intense. Wow! The dancers this year are so good (yeah, makes me wish I knew how to dance LOL). My favorite performances last night was Phillip and Jeanine hip hopping to Ne-Yo's Mad and Melissa & Ade's contemporary piece to Right Here Waiting. It was freaking awesome!

This show has so much great choreographers. My favorite though is Napoleon and Tabitha! They are freakin' awesome! I love the way they portray emotions into a song. They totally rock!

Ha! I'm getting used to this LJ thing. LOL! It's great when you finally figure things out. First, i got a new layout and banner - thanks to Chris! You are the best!!! Now, I'm looking around for a new mood theme. I came across some great ones. There was a Pixar animated one that I think I'm gonna save for later. hehe =) I saw a Dean and Castiel one *swoon* and a Dean animated one. There are even some Star Trek ones out there. So much to choose from. Too bad you can only use one at a time.  I settled for an Edward & Bella/ Robert & Kristen animated mood theme  = P

So, I finally watched Star Trek last night... in IMAX. All I can say is... WOW!!! I loved it! I was a bit of a sap and cried at first. It was a real tear jerker. I loved it though and I would watch it again! Zachary Quinto did really good as Spock and Chris Pine was a hottie. I hope there is more than one movie.

There were only two previews they showed. Two movies that I am dying to see: Harry Potter & the Half Blood Prince and Transformers. Both looked really awesome in IMAX. It seems I don't want to go back to regular movies, I want IMAX all they way LOL. Too bad it's soooo expensive. I really can't wait to watch these movies.

Two other movies that I just watched recently: Teminator Salvation and Up. Being the sap I am, yes.... I cried in both. Yes... I cried in Terminator. Don't ask me why, I just did LOL. I thought it was a good movie - very action packed. Up - I LOVED. It was a really good story and the trailers that I have seen for it haven't even touched the full story. I highly recommend you watch this movie no matter what age you are. 

Okay... I don't even know where to start with this. I was loving this show so much but now.... not so much. I loved this show so much because of Jim & Melinda. I'm  a sucker for true love, maybe because it will never happen to me but... Jim and Melinda - they were it. They were the one couple that screamed true love. Then they had to take it away! What were they thinking? Killing Jim? Yeah, he didn't cross over and then he jumped into someone else's body. But guess what?! Yup, it's someone else's body!!! We may see Sam (new body's name) as Jim, but really he's not! Everyone else, sees him as Sam. I understand that it was due to Jim's undying love that made him do what he did but... come on! Did you writer's not think this through? This better be some bad nightmare Melinda is having and in the season finale she wakes up and will love Jim even more than she already does!!!

OMG, and now Melinda is pregnant! Pregnant! Granted, thank the writer Gods, with Jim's baby before he "died". But now what?! She's gonna get married to someone else? Yeah, yeah in our eyes and Melinda's, he will always be Jim but to other people he's Sam- just some nice guy who fell in love with Melinda who's gonna help her care for Jim's baby? That's not fair to Jim... at all. What are people who don't know that it's really Jim in Sam's body gonna think? Seriously? It's just irking me to nooooo end!

Okay, enough. I just don't think this story is a very good idea. I hardly get to see Jim and now I have to see this Sam guy once and awhile in the reflections. I'm a total Jim and Melinda fan and  I don't like the idea at all. I really wish the writer's didn't go this route. What have they done to my Jim and Melinda? I hope they fix it. They better fix this mess they made =(

Okay, I just have to let this out.... My co-worker, let's call her Alyssa, is irking me to no end. We've already had our hours cut but she still makes like she's queen bee. She sits there on the company phone and starts talking to her friends for hours. To make it worse, she doesn't make it quiet. She laughs really loud and talks really loud. She even had the audacity to say to her friend she was talking to "gosh, we act like we have nothing to do." Well, get off the phone then! Ugh! She really doesn't have anything to do but she doesn't have to make it known like that. And she should help, gosh.

To make things worse for Alyssa, the main secretary (who I'm close to - let's call her Eve) told me something today. Eve said that Alyssa doesn't want to go on unemployment. Like we have a choice?! I don't want to either! Whatever. It's up to her. If she doesn't want to apply for the benefits, that is totally her prerogative.

Okay... and now I am done. I am off to stare at Rob's GQ pics to make me feel better...  LOL

So, like I was told yesterday that  were getting our hours cut. It's so sad. I knew this was going to happen, but still. I just didn't think it was going to be this soon. I was talking to another secretary in the office, there's 3 of us - one who doesn't do shit, but the fact that she's been there for over 10 years is probably why she's still there-  and I just didn't like the look on her face. It was... defeat. I know that look. It's scary. So, right now we're taking off 1 day each this week starting with me tomorrow. Then on Sunday she'll call us to tell us if we're working on Monday. It looks like we'll be working at the most 3 days a week. I know... I know... its better than nothing. So, let's hope things get better for me and this crappy economy!
